Those muscles look so good! If you are near Point Reyes Station, go out to Tomales and hit up the Tomales Bay Oyster Company. They have the best oysters and muscles ever!
This close to one of my families traditional 4th of July dishes. We add a little orange and/or lemon zest and the juices. It's also great to add steamers! Yum, better sign off before I drool on the keyboard!
